Disappointing Service


I am an avid Samsung user and am highly disappointed with the service. i recent bought a Samsung Galaxy Note8 on a holiday trip in the UAE, the other day my phone dropped & cracked the glass and i contacted Samsung NZ to get a quote for glass replacement and they say because the phone has been bought out of the country they will not touch it. this is ridiculous what about international warranty. if i didnt love samsung so much i would have dumped it and gone and bough an apple phone right away. YOU NEED TO TREAT YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS BETTER SAMSUNG WITH BETTER SERVICE AND STAND BY YOUR PRODUCT. As a result I am being forced to go to a third party repairers who uses high quality products but not samsung original.
