  • 4 month old samsung galaxy s7edge needed fixing



    I have a samsung galaxy s7 edge phone which is only 4 months old, had a problem so sent back to samsung they fixed it and it was factory fault. Iam not happy at all with the service, If such problems occur samsung should be replacing with a new one not fixing the phone because its not even 6 months old and already needed fixing so in future how long this phone will work for wouldnt have a clue.. I have been in contact with few staff and it seems like no one knows what to do.I have dropped the phone on the 06th of August and its still not resolved.
