    I emailled the below this morning at 920ish and still have not received any kind of action or even some kind of email to acknowledge they will be dealing with this. Can someone please deal with my claim and complaint urgently. I would like to make a formal complaint about how my claim has been treated so far and about the faulty product. We purchased our TV in 2013, Model No. PS60E531A6M, Serial No. ZVPW3MTD20013 and even though it is out of Warranty it only lasted 2 years before we had to get the TV fixed in 2015.
